Happy Halloween

The meerkat exhibit was my favorite part of the zoo.

I wore my monkey suit for a few minutes for Boo-at-the-Zoo.

We went apple-picking at Sky Top Orchards in Flat Rock with Mom's friend from Durham. Mom's friend is going to be a mommy next spring!

Look, Mommy... NO HANDS!

Mommy took 220 pictures over the last 10 days because I've been standing up by myself. I'm balancing for longer and longer times... Mommy's been able to count to 10 while I've held my hands over my head. The picture where I'm facing away from the camera in my black & white ghost shirt and blue pajama bottoms is the first picture Mommy really caught of me standing. Last weekend we went to the NC Arboretum, but since Mom & Dad wanted to let me finish my nap, we were only there an hour before they closed. So we went out to eat. I had cheerios and applesauce & was very good, so we went to ToysRUs for a treat. Daddy helped me pick out a toy (see my new red hammer?) On Sunday, we went for a nice fall hike in DuPont Forest. This Friday Mommy's friend from Durham is coming to visit for the weekend. We're planning on going apple picking... by the way, Nana, apples DO grow here, and they're very good!
