Judy's Grandmother Shower

Granny Judy Says:
"I just had a surprise grandbaby shower at work! (This was my first shower by the way...). Carol came into my office and said come and look at the board room - someone has rearranged the furniture. I was the last one to get there - the whole room was filled with people. They all looked at me and said surprise. I looked behind me still not understanding and they said it was for me. I still didn't get it so they had to tell me it was a grandmother shower. Wow that was a surprise!!
Anyway, some of the cute things they gave me were a Kasey Kahne # 9 suit and a # 9 pacifier, a shirt that says "What happens at grandma's stays at grandma's", a soft blanket, some kind of first aid thing (hospital people...) a diaper cake with all kind of stuff in/on it and a tool belt for Dad that includes diapers, butt creme, a mask, rattles..."

More Fun Gifts

Mom's work friends have set me up with a very nice high chair and a rocking dinosaur! I can't wait to throw food and escape my crib to rock. Seems like Mom's work makes her forget me a little, though. When she's not at work she talks to me all day so I can hear, but when she's working I don't hear a peep out of her even when I kick hard. She just pokes me back with her finger! What's a boy to do? (Mommy note: "Sorry Eddie... I WANT to talk to you at work, but am concerned about getting myself committed!")

Mom just couldn't wait to put all my stuff together. I'm still waiting for some things to arrive like my car seat, nightlight, and bathtub, so it looks like I have A LOT of stuff. The shower pictures will be posted soon, too!
